Because orders contain perishable items, the customer or an authorized adult (18+) must be physically present at the delivery address during the delivery window (6pm - 9pm) to accept the order. Drivers will not leave orders unattended (e.g., on porches, at doorsteps, or with building concierges) unless explicitly authorized in writing prior to dispatch. If no eligible recipient is available within 10 minutes of the driver’s arrival at the specified location, the delivery will be marked as failed.

 

If a delivery fails due to recipient absence, incorrect address details, or lack of access (e.g., gate/building access code issue), our team will attempt to reschedule the delivery up to two (2) additional times. Rescheduled delivery slots are subject to driver availability and local dispatch schedules.

 

If all three (3) delivery attempts fail, the order will be automatically canceled. Due to the loss of perishable inventory and administrative dispatch costs, canceled orders will be issued a refund minus a 15% restocking and handling fee. Original shipping/delivery fees remain non-refundable.
